June, 28th

1.       The participants had visited VsI Socialiniu inovaciju centras. We talked to the clients about their studies and participation in the activities.
2.       Afterwards the Social care centre had been visited. The director of institution presented, staff, activities that are carried on, workrooms; talked about the clients and their profiles.
3.       During the meeting all partners presented their observation and interview’s results. After that we discussed about the questionnaire (interview) and made changes.
a.        Q. 2b: fully describe the acronym of ICT
b.       Q. 2c: the “network” is to be left out, only “support “ remains
4.       Changes had been made about Final 3rd questionnaire.
a.        Q. 4: instead of “trainer” comes “tutor”
b.       Q. 8: answers should be put in a scale from 1 to 5
c.        Q. 9: question was changed to: the organisation of the course and course content was enough
d.       Q.11: question was changed to: The workshops presented were clear and helpful
e.       Q.15: question was changed to: The content of written materials was useful. The answer should be put in a scale from 1 to 5
f.         Q.16: question was added: teaching methods. Answer should be put in a scale from 1 to 5
g.        Questions from 8th to 16th should be put in a scale from 1 to 5.
h.       Q.33: “plans” should be changed to “objectives”.

5.       Juanfra suggested create blog. All participants supported this idea. The information should be put in blog is: information about ongoing activities of the projects, photos, products that have been made. Deadline to send required information is the end of summer.
a.       Photos should be send by each country to Juanfra (approx. 10-20 pictures)
b.      Questionnaire summary will be done by LTU
c.       Introduction will be done by ITA

June, 29th
1.       The participants had visited Social Service Centres. Its director introduced staff, clients, showed us workrooms and facilities.
2.       Discussion about EST. Every partner has to enter the database and check it out: how it works, how to upload data.
3.       The dates of the 4th meeting in Italy had been changed to 8-10 of November, 2012.
4.        Discussion on a Final report.

c.       E3, E4, E5 – will be done by LT
d.      E7, E8 – will be done by ES

g.       Should be fulfilled till the meeting in IT

a.       Every country has to create and introduce its logo.
