A) PROCEDURES
The following points were agreed:

1) The host country will act as secretary of the meeting and in 2 weeks after the meeting will send by email all the minutes to the other partners.

2) The mobilities have to be for 5 days. 1 for arrivals, 3 working days and 1 for the departures and a weekend has to be included in these 5 days. Other countries, if they want, can visit 1-2 days extra.

3) Every country covers all its own expenses.

4) The host country organizes and covers the expenses of an excursion with one meal. This is to help the others see a little more of the host country and enrich their knowledge.

5) Every host country will try to facilitate the other countries by searching the local area and give suggestions for good and cheap hotels (value for money).

6) All countries work with responsibility for the project and finish all the work they undertake within the time limits which have been agreed from all.

7) It is preferable that at least one of the persons who takes part to be the same person who has taken part in a previous meeting. If this is impossible, the persons who take part in mobility have to be well informed about the project in order to be able to contribute towards the successful completion of the project.

8) Dates and countries of mobility are until August 2013. The mobilities were agreed as follow: -Start & finish in Cyprus (First and Last mobility). -2nd in Spain at March 2012, -3rd in Lithuania at June 2012, -4th in Italy at October 2012, and -5th (Last) in Cyprus in May 2013.

9) Agreed from all for a contribution to the last excursion in Cyprus due to extended costs approx. euro25-30 per participant.

10) It was clarified that the coordinator is just for the coordination of the project and the work load is spread between participants.

B) PROJECT (program, plan of work) The mechanism of the project will be developed in three (3) parts:

1) First / Introductory Questionnaire: All countries exchanged ideas and participated in the development of the questionnaire, which is attached herein. It will be applied by all countries and will be evaluated and finalized in 2nd mobility.

2) Observation & Interview: The interview will take place at the middle of the course period; so each country will find 10 points which they notice or think are important to be observed during the course; these points will be the basis of an interview. During the course this interview will take place with each student so as to find out if their expectations are met with that the course. Those points will be discussed at the 2nd mobility in order to be agreed and finalized. These will then be implemented. According to the results of the interviews we will evaluate and finalized them at 3rd mobility.

3) Final questionnaire: Following the procedure of 1st questionnaire, all countries will prepare the questions/points to be included in the final questionnaire. This will be developed in the 3rd mobility, ready to be applied at once.

Note: At the 4th mobility in Italy the whole mechanism will be evaluated, adjusted and finalized. We re-apply it as a whole. Each country will undertake a specific part of the job needed for the issue and dissimination of the mechanism. At the last mobility in Cyprus we will present the final products.
